Enjoy scenic walks with fantastic views alongside the waterfront – the perfect setting to jump-start your morning or unwind at dusk. Pet friendly open space is in abundance as the development boasts multiple areas where your pets can get plenty of exercise. Surely they will be too happy and tired to even consider misbehaving! Mueller Park sits across from the development, providing residents and their pets plenty of fresh air and open green space.
PET POLICY
Here at THE CURRENT of the Fox – Wrightstown, we happily welcome your dogs and cats! Restrictions include Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and any mix of the two. Animals other than dogs and cats are also prohibited. Pets over 65 pounds will not be accepted. Some weight exceptions may apply.
In order to keep the development as clean as possible, residents with dogs are required to take part in our Dog Waste Control Initiative. We provide a swab kit (costs are included in the initial pet fee) one week after move-in, and the pet owner uses the swab to obtain the sample. When dog waste is found undisposed of, a sample may be tested and matched to one of our dog residents where fines will be assessed accordingly.
There is a $300 initial pet fee per dog and a $250 initial fee per cat (non-refundable). Monthly pet rents are $45 per month per pet.
